Day Trading Reflection
My day trading has gone pretty well. I use the same stock
trading strategy that I use for my over night stock picks (Wake Up and Make Money). The hardest thing
about day trading is not panicking and having patience to wait for the trade to
unfold. Sometime I would have to wait an hour for my trade to profit.

Maximum Profit Stock Trading Test
Monday will be my last day of the Wake Up and Make Money
Test. For the last couple days I have traded 14 stocks and 11 of the stocks
came out to my prediction. My next test is to try to get maximum profit from
stocks. This mean I will be holding on to stocks for a longer period of time. Unlike
my Wake Up and Make Money test where I sold the sold in the morn if the stock had
profited or held on to the stock that did not profit until it profit that day.
I will call my next test the Maximum Profit Stock Trading Test.

making a decision with emotion is very important in stock trading. Yesterday,
the stocks ABMD and CHDX were in a worse position. By being patience the stocks
bounced to a more reasonable loss. Instead of making a decision by emotion use technical
analysis (chart patterns and indicators) to make the decision.

I want to improve my stock trading. I have counted all my
stock trades on my stock trading journal and I am about 50 percent of my picks are successful.

Wake Up and Make Money Reflection: 6/11/12
I did not do so well in trading today. I did not wake up in
time to capitalize on my stocks. Every stock I picked over the weekend open
higher than the previous day, but there is a very short window (5 to 20
minutes) to capitalize on the gain. I also day traded after my losses. I found
out that this strategy is very good for day trading. I did pretty well.

My timing is still off. This trading strategy is really what
I call Wake Up and Make Money. All the stock I pick opened a higher than the
previous day. Within 5 to 10 minutes the stocks when to its high and back down.
I
woke up at 7:35, thinking that the stocks would still be up. Now I know to wake
when the stock market opens and sell within the first 20 minutes of the opening
of the stock market.
